I love Bach Flower Essences. If you suffer from insomnia triggered by a busy monkey mind, then this combination might help you. White Chestnut and Rescue Remedy. The White Chestnut calms the mind, slowing down racing thoughts, and the Rescue Remedy calms and relaxes the whole bodily system. I take it right from the mother bottle, 4 drops 4 times per day, under the tongue. You can also put a few drops in water, 4 times per day. It might take 2 or 3 days to take affect, but soon you'll (hopefully) be sleeping like a baby. I find that I can get up to use the toilet in the middle of the night and go right back to sleep. Nice!
